Head to the Register, fill in the form with your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and your preferred username. Set a strong password, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Register. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your phone number — enter the code and your account will be active immediately. No documents are required to get started.

The minimum age to register and use the 3star platform is 18 years old. This is a zero-tolerance policy that we enforce without exception. All accounts go through age and identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed. If verification reveals that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all funds returned.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 3star. Duplicate accounts — even using a different phone number or email — are a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your existing login details, use the password recovery function or contact our support team — do not register a new account.

You can request a permanent account closure in two ways: through the Permanent Self-Exclusion option under the Responsible Gaming settings in your account, or by contacting support@3star.casino directly.
